I found my room very clean and nicely furnished. The staff demonstrated very nice friendliness and remained consistently polite. I appreciated the convenient location, with access to public transport. The atmosphere was calm.
During my visit , the complimentary beverage in the mini-fridge was partially consumed and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The check-in process was EASY with really kind staff. I got an upgrade to a larger double room, a nice surprise. The room had a TV, wardrobe, and fridge with a freezer. I really appreciated the complimentary 24/7 tea, coffee, and snacks. It was a great touch.
The sinks had almost no water pressure, making it a little hard to wash up.

The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided really good hospitality, so I felt valued. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and professional, ready to help. One staff member, Mr Taqi, helped me beyond my expectations.

the room had limited furniture, only a couple of old chest of drawers and no wardrobes.

the staff was friendly and helpful they introduced themselves at check-in. i found complimentary snacks and drinks at the concierge it was a nice touch after a long day. the room was spacious enough for one person and it was clean. i had easy access to public transportation making travel simple.
my room got a bit warm during the day the small windows did not allow much air circulation.

the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions and information. complimentary hot drinks and snacks were available at the reception area (this was a nice touch). the location was close to public transportation.
the room felt a bit worn. there were no wardrobes, difficult to hang clothes. the window handle was partially broken, and it was hard to close the window tightly (this let in street noise).
